The SMS Hybrid Controller Pro offers completely noise-free regulation for any fan. Equipped with a Swiss plug and socket, this software-controlled hybrid controller automatically manages both the intake and exhaust air with the integrated control software (Motion Flow).

The controller takes about 5 minutes to scan the room and sends the collected data. This prevents large fluctuations in temperature or fan speed, keeping the noise level to a minimum.

The key difference between the Pro and the standard Hybrid Controller is the light sensor. This allows the controller to detect whether it is day or night. At night, when temperatures are significantly lower, the ventilation would run at minimum all night without the Pro function, potentially leading to increased humidity in the growing area. Thanks to the Pro function, the controller switches to a higher setting for 7 minutes every hour to remove excess moisture from the room. Otherwise, issues like Botrytis or gray mold could arise.

To utilize the Pro function, it is important to remove the cap from the light sensor before powering on the device.

This is the ideal solution for maximum noise reduction when operating exhaust fans – no buzzing or humming.

Instructions for setting up:

Connect your fans to the device. Exhaust = Out, Intake = In
1. Button = Set the minimum speed of your fan
2. Button = Set the desired maximum temperature
3. Button = Set the maximum speed of your fan

Place the temperature sensor in the center of your room. Direct airflow and direct light exposure can distort the measurement. It is best to position the sensor slightly above the lamps or create a light trap for the sensor. It may take several minutes for the sensor and controller to exchange and adjust. It is advisable to continuously monitor the climate and make adjustments as necessary.
