SKF self-aligning ball bearings - Open design, 2206 EKTN9/C3 30x62x20

Bearing series 12, 22, 108, 126, 129. Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls and a common concave sphered raceway in the outer ring. They are consequently movable angularly and insensitive to angular misalignments of the shaft relative to the housing. They are therefore particularly suitable for bearing situations in which large shaft deflections or alignment errors can be expected. Self-aligning ball bearings also have the lowest friction of any rolling-contact bearings, allowing them to run somewhat more quietly and cooler even at higher speeds.
