The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servomotor has a torque of 9 Nm and a rated power of 2.3 kW at 3000 RPM (380-480V) as well as 1.3 kW at 1500 RPM (200-240V). It features an IP64 protection rating, a cylindrical shaft with dimensions D24x50 mm, and an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit Multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC), along with an OCC interface and an M23 connector.
The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low inertia and Compact for precise control with medium to large moving masses.
In combination with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servomotors demonstrate their strengths, including short settling and positioning times as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation.
The servomotor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, IP64 or IP65 protection, and different absolute encoders (Singleturn or Multiturn). Additionally, the servomotors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100. A shaft seal for achieving the IP65 protection rating is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
