The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motor is suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial environments. The servo motors are compact and highly dynamic, characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low inertia and Compact for precise control of medium to large moving masses.

The servo motors fully leverage their strengths in conjunction with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the One Cable Connection (OCC) technology. Advantages include short settling and positioning times, as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation with stable control at high dynamics.

The servo motor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, IP64 or IP65 protection class, single-turn or multi-turn absolute encoders, and additional options. Furthermore, the servo motors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100. A shaft sealing ring to achieve the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
