The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 2.4 Nm and a rated power of 0.75 kW at 3000 rpm (380-480 V) as well as 0.375 kW at 1500 rpm (200-240 V). It has an IP65 protection rating and a shaft with dimensions of D19x40 mm with a keyway. The motor is equipped with an absolute encoder (22 Bit + 12 Bit Multiturn) and features an OCC interface as well as an M17 connector.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise and stable control with medium to large moving masses.

In a system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servo motors demonstrate their strengths, including short settling and positioning times as well as rapid and precise disturbance compensation.

The servo motor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, and with singleturn or multiturn absolute encoders. Additionally, the servo motors are available in various shaft heights from 20 to 100. A shaft seal ring to achieve the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
