The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 0.64 Nm and a rated power of 0.2 kW at a speed of 3000 rpm (200-240V). It is equipped with a holding brake and has a protection class of IP64. The cylindrical shaft has a diameter of 11 mm and a length of 23 mm. The motor features an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC) and an OCC interface. The connector is of size M12, and the servo motor is rotatable.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise and stable control with medium to large moving masses.

In a system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency inverter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servo motors demonstrate their strengths. Advantages include short settling and positioning times, as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation while maintaining stable high-dynamic control.

The servo motor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, in protection classes IP64 or IP65, and with absolute encoders in singleturn or multiturn. The servo motors are available in various shaft heights from 20 to 100 mm. A shaft sealing ring to achieve protection class IP65 is available and can be retrofitted or used as a spare part.
