The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 12 Nm and a rated power of 2.7 kW at 3000 RPM (380-480V) as well as 1.64 kW at 1500 RPM (200-240V). It has an IP64 protection rating, a shaft size of D24x50 mm, and a keyway. The absolute encoder features 22 Bit + 12 Bit Multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC) and an OCC interface. The connector is M23 sized and rotatable.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic (for high-dynamic applications with low inertia) and Compact (for precise and stable control of medium to large moving masses).

In a system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servo motors demonstrate their strengths, including short settling and positioning times as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation.

The servo motor can be configured according to various requirements, such as with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, and different absolute encoders (Singleturn or Multiturn). Additionally, the servo motors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100. A shaft seal for achieving the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting to the motor or as a spare part.
