The motors are available in two variants: High Dynamic (highest dynamics due to low inertia for highly dynamic applications with low moving masses) and Compact (precise and stable control for medium to large moving masses due to a medium moment of inertia).

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servomotors fully leverage their strengths in conjunction with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology. The advantages include short settling and positioning times, fast and precise disturbance compensation, and stable control at high dynamics.

The servomotor can be configured according to various requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, single-turn or multi-turn absolute encoders, and much more.
