The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 0.32 Nm and a rated power of 0.1 kW at a speed of 3000 RPM (200-240V). It is equipped with a holding brake and has an IP64 protection rating. The cylindrical shaft has a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 25 mm. The motor features an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC) and an OCC interface. The connector is of size M12 and the motor is rotatable.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low moving masses and Compact for precise and stable control with medium to large moving masses.

The servo motors work optimally with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and allow for easy connection via One Cable Connection (OCC) technology. Benefits include short settling and positioning times, as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation and stable control at high dynamics.

The servo motor can be configured according to different requirements, for example, with or without a holding brake, in protection classes IP64 or IP65, with absolute encoders in singleturn or multiturn, and other options. Additionally, the servo motors are available in various shaft heights from 20 to 100. A shaft sealing ring to achieve the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part.
