The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor has a torque of 16 Nm and a rated power of 3.3 kW at 3000 rpm (380-480 V) as well as 2.15 kW at 1500 rpm (200-240 V). It is equipped with a holding brake and has an IP65 protection rating. The cylindrical shaft has a diameter of 24 mm and a length of 50 mm. The motor features an absolute encoder with 22 Bit + 12 Bit multiturn (Encoder AM22DQC) and an OCC interface. The connector is size M23 and is rotatable.

The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors characterized by high power density, protection class, and overload capability. They are available in two variants: High Dynamic for high-dynamic applications with low inertia and Compact for precise and stable control of medium to large moving masses.

In a system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency inverter and One Cable Connection (OCC) technology, the servo motors demonstrate their strengths, including short settling and positioning times as well as fast and precise disturbance compensation. The servo motor can be configured according to various requirements, such as with or without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, and different absolute encoders.

The servo motors are available in different shaft heights ranging from 20 to 100 mm. A shaft seal for the IP65 protection class is also available for retrofitting the motor or as a spare part. SIMOTICS offers the right motor for every motion control application.
