The device is used for alarm signaling in an addressable fire alarm system and triggers an acoustic and optical danger signal with voice announcement in the event of a fire alarm. The device is mounted on the wall, for example along escape routes, corridors, stairwells, and office spaces. The sound level, tones, light intensity, and voice announcements are adjustable, and the alarm devices are synchronized. The device includes 15 languages, and each voice announcement can be output in two different languages consecutively. Power is supplied via FDnet/C-NET, and no additional power supply is required. The device automatically monitors its optical and acoustic functions. The base must be ordered separately.
