Product details
SIMOTICS S-1FL6-1FL6 Operating voltage 3 AC 400 V PN=1 kW, NN=2000 rpm M0=6 Nm, MN=4.78 Nm Shaft height 65 mm with angled connector, absolute encoder 20 Bit (12 Bit Multi-Turn) with key, tolerance N without holding brake protection class IP65 with sealing ring compatible with the SINAMICS V70 and V90 converters. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor is suitable for simple and higher dynamic applications in conjunction with the SINAMICS V90 servo drive. The motor can be combined with the SINAMICS V90 drive and the MOTION-CONNECT 300 connection technology to create a powerful servo system with high functionality. The result is a complete drive system. Wherever high-dynamic and precise motion sequences are required, a drive system made of SIMOTICS S-1FL6 and SINAMICS V90 is the first choice. Users benefit from high dynamics, precision, and compactness. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor is a permanently excited synchronous motor designed for operation without external cooling. Heat is dissipated through the motor surface. Thanks to the quick-release connector, the motors can be installed quickly and easily. The high inertia motor (HI-Motor) offers better load adaptation and optimal control quality regarding torque and speed accuracy and is available in three shaft heights with brake power ranging from 0.40 kW to 7.00 kW. The motor has a standard protection class of IP65 and self-cooling. It covers a rated torque range of 1.27 Nm to 33.40 Nm and rated speeds from 2,000 to 3,000 rpm. Optionally, the motor can also be equipped with a 20 Bit absolute encoder + 12 Bit multiturn. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor can be specifically tailored to customer requirements thanks to various options such as connectors, encoders, and additional accessories. SIMOTICS - dynamic and precise.
