The decentralized frequency converter Sinamics G115D is the ideal solution for applications with horizontal movement. It is a new decentralized drive that is versatile, robust, and specifically tailored for conveyor applications. The innovative design allows for easy connection, straightforward commissioning, and simple servicing.

With the Sinamics G115D, you benefit from an immediately ready-to-use system with comprehensive TIA integration and cloud connectivity, which can also operate under harsh conditions. The converter is available in a power range of 0.37 to 7.5 kW and offers protection classes IP65 or IP66.

The Sinamics G115D can be customized to meet application requirements through various options such as external braking resistors, SD memory cards, web server modules for wireless commissioning, and different connector types. Additionally, it enables easy system configuration with predefined macros in the converter and pre-made function blocks from the Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal) for quick connection to a SIMATIC controller.
