SIDOOR MDG4 R geared motor, right shaft with keyway and feather key A5x5 according to DIN 6885, capable of moving a maximum mass of 400 kg, IP56, 2x M12 for separate motor connection cable, 30 VDC, -20 to +50 degrees Celsius. The SIDOOR Advanced drives impress with the flexible choice of output solution, high protection ratings (IP56 for motor and gearbox), and an optimized cable solution. Thanks to the delivery of the gearbox output shaft with keyway and feather key (without pulley), alternatives to the timing belt solution, such as rack or chain transmission, can also be implemented. A separate motor connection cable is available, allowing for application-specific installation of the distance between the door control unit and the geared motor. The SIDOOR Advanced drives are categorized into performance classes MDG3 up to 180 kg, MDG4 up to 400 kg, and MDG5 up to 700 kg. Additionally, there are the Basic drives SIDOOR M3/M4/M5. With a wide range of geared motors, there is always a left and right geared motor variant available. As accessories for doors with timing belt transmission, all necessary mechanical components such as deflection devices, mounting brackets, door couplings, and matching timing belts are available. A pulley or gear, with a diameter that can vary between 28 mm and 122 mm as required, can be custom-made and mounted on the gearbox shaft according to the application. For a standard solution with timing belt transmission, the product range includes a suitable pulley. As a replacement for SIDOOR MDG400 R, the SIDOOR MDG-PULLEY 14-S8M-56 and the new SIDOOR MDG-CABLE are additionally required. As a replacement for SIDOOR MDG400 NMS R, the new SIDOOR MDG-CABLE is also needed.
