SIDOOR ATE530S COATED control unit for platform doors with protective coating, suitable for door weights up to 280 kg, featuring 1 RS485, 5 DI, 2 DO, and operating temperature range of -25 to +50 degrees Celsius. It complies with PROFINET IO Conformance Class C via 2x RJ45 sockets. When combined with EC motors, SIDOOR provides a complete control and drive solution for automatic platform doors. The ability to communicate via PROFINET allows for easy integration of this modern drive system into the control technology of a platform and can be parameterized and configured using the TIA Portal engineering framework. The SIDOOR controllers are available in two variants: SIDOOR ATE530S COATED and SIDOOR ATE531S. Both variants feature a transparent protective coating on the circuit boards to prevent damage from moisture and airborne pollutants. Additionally, SIDOOR controllers are available for interior doors, elevator doors and gates, as well as for industrial machine protection doors, cold storage doors, or emergency tunnel doors. For installation in control cabinets, the SIDOOR DIN rail holder is available as an accessory. The SIDOOR Software Kit allows for firmware updates and supports precise recording of the travel curve, as well as reading and writing of the parameter set. The EC direct drive SIDOOR MED280 and the EC geared motors MEG251 left/right are available as motors. It can be used as a 1:1 replacement for SIDOOR ATE530S 6FB1231-3BM10-7AT0.
