One Cable Connection (OCC) MOTION-CONNECT is the simple, fast, and secure connection for the servo drive SINAMICS S210 and the servo motor SIMOTICS S-1FK2. The servo motor and the servo drive are connected using only one cable instead of the usual two or three wires. This single-cable technology with SPEED-CONNECT quick-release combines power, encoder connection, and brake control into one line. This offers several advantages, such as time-saving installation with just one cable and reduced installation space or footprint for cable routing. Additionally, only one cable needs to be cleaned, which is particularly beneficial in industries with high hygiene standards.

The cable is also available in decimeter precision and features a motor-side M17 or M12 connector (the smallest OCC connector in the world). Easy installation is facilitated even in tight spaces by the compact motor with a small, rotatable connector. The cable is designed with an IP20 protection class on the drive side and an IP65 protection class on the motor side. Optimized connection technology through OCC (One Cable Connection).
