The modular system construction kit SIVACON 8MF1 enables customized solutions for nearly all industrial sectors and applications. Fully pre-assembled, tailored to specific needs, or developed entirely individually, the system cabinets support the individual value creation in switchgear construction. The basis of the SIVACON 8MF1 system construction kit is the frame, available in 90 sizes and combinable with more than 2,000 individual elements. For standard applications, complete cabinets are available in three versions: closed, ventilated, and with a viewing window. The SIVACON 8MF1 system cabinets are tested in accordance with IEC 61439 for corrosion resistance, heat resistance, resistance to exceptional heat and fire, lifting, impact testing, enclosure protection class, continuity of protective conductor connections, and proof of loss power dissipation capability. With the SIMARIS therm software, the correct sizing of heat dissipation for switchgear can be calculated easily by specifying the respective ambient temperature and selecting the corresponding devices in the system cabinet.
