The SINAMICS Control Unit CU320-2 PN without CompactFlash Card controls single-axis drives with the SINAMICS S120 converter system. The CU320-2 Control Unit with PROFINET interface (without CompactFlash Card) controls the Power Module block size. The integrated DRIVE-CLiQ socket allows for the connection of DRIVE-CLiQ motors or Sensor Modules Cabinet-Mounted (SMC) to operate motors without DRIVE-CLiQ interface. The Basic Operator Panel (BOP20) allows for direct parameter changes on the device. For diagnostic purposes, the Basic Operator Panel can also be connected to the CU320-2 Control Unit during operation. Commissioning and diagnostics of the control unit are performed using the commissioning tool STARTER.
