The PowerLogic PM81401 is an ION measuring device for front panel mounting (96 x 96 mm) in low and medium voltage applications, featuring an integrated display, AC/DC control voltage, and MID compliance. It is designed to ensure the availability and efficiency of your energy-critical systems. With modular, flexible, and powerful ION technology, individual applications can be created for each measuring device. It offers high accuracy, multiple communication ports, a web-based user interface, and a graphical color display. Certified by independent laboratories for class 0.2S accuracy in active energy. Cybersecurity features include secure protocols, logging of security events, and Syslog logging. There is an option to enable/disable communication ports and support for 50 configurable user accounts for access management. It has 64 MB of memory to support up to 10 data logs, 50+ customizable alarms, waveform capture with up to 128 samples/cycle, and 1/2-cycle RMS logging. The memory can also be used for custom web pages, Min/Max logs, energy trends, and operating hours. Event timestamps are accurate to +/-1 ms using time synchronization. Time synchronization methods include PTP, NTP, IRIG-B, GPS ASCII, and network time setting functions. It has 3 digital inputs and 1 digital output, as well as the option to add up to 4 option modules. The input/output option modules include 2 relays and 6 digital inputs or 2 analog outputs and 4 analog inputs. It has a wide control voltage range of 90-415 VAC / 110-415 VDC. Operating environment ranges from -25 to +70 °C, humidity from 5% to 95%, and operating altitude up to 3000 m.
