The SpaceLogic KNX Fan Coil Actuator 0-10V is designed for controlling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. It manages fan convectors with up to three fan speeds, optionally with 0-10V fan control, as well as 0-10V proportional valves. The controller supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems. It can measure and regulate the room temperature itself or receive the value from the switch and the TCU, in which case it behaves like an actuator. A potential-free contact is provided for a window contact or a temperature sensor, as well as one for condensate monitoring. Auxiliary relays are available for electric heating or cooling registers. The manual operation of the controller allows for the adjustment of fan speeds and switching between heating and cooling. The setpoint for cooling can be adjusted depending on the outside temperature. Optionally, there is a potential-free contact for cooling or heating circuits. The actuator features an integrated bus coupler and is suitable for installation on TH35 type DIN rails according to EN 60715. Its output current is 16 A with an additional relay. The rated operating voltage of this device ranges from 110 V to 240 V, and the IP protection class is IP20.
