BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 22.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 72 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 3000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can go up to 4370 W. The built-in encoder is a single-turn type with 16 pulses per revolution (16x1024) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with protection class IP54. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers from the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended.
