Scheppach Vibratory plate

The Scheppach HP 3000s vibratory plate is a powerful solution for professional paving, asphalt, and repair work in paths, gardens, and landscaping. With its 6.6 kW 4-stroke gasoline engine and practical design, it strikes the perfect balance between power and finesse for outdoor work. The powerful engine of the vibratory plate operates with a compaction pressure of 30.5 kN and reaches a compaction depth of 50 cm, allowing for effective work with thicker layers of sand, gravel, or asphalt.

To withstand high loads, the base plate is made of 6 mm thick, torsion-free steel, ensuring a long life expectancy. Despite its power, the Scheppach vibratory plate demonstrates high mobility and can be used on sensitive surfaces. With forward and reverse motion, you can easily work on spots multiple times for troubleshooting, and with a speed of up to 25 meters per minute in forward motion, you can cover larger areas efficiently. The speed can be infinitely adjusted for both forward and reverse.

To prevent scratches or accidental edges, the ends of the vibratory plate are rounded. Work on particularly sensitive surfaces is made easier with the enclosed polyurethane protective mats. The HP 3000s features a V-belt that is protected on all sides and a protective frame, ensuring excellent protection from foreign bodies during compaction. Additionally, the base plate is closed on the sides to prevent any foreign bodies from negatively influencing the result.

Comfortable handling is ensured by the cushioned handle, which absorbs vibrations, protecting your joints and arm muscles. To simplify transport, the vibratory plate is equipped with a driving device, and its retractable handle allows for space-saving storage.
