The Rohrmotor Plus is a quiet and durable roller shutter motor with electronic end position adjustment and a height-adjustable quiet operation wall bearing set. With a torque of 10 Nm and a pulling force of 20 kg, it effortlessly moves roller shutters up to an area of 4.2 m². The Rohrmotor Plus is designed for the Maxi roller shutter system, making it suitable for octagonal shafts with a diameter of 60 mm. Notable features of the Rohrmotor Plus include a strong brake and a maintenance-free motor with sintered gears. The end positions are adjusted after installation in the roller shutter box at the motor head with the push of a button. The extra-wide coupling compensates for uneven cuts of the roller shutter shaft, and the special width of the adapter optimally transfers the motor's power to the octagonal shaft. The motor is connected to the power supply using a 2 m long, four-wire cable. In the event of a power outage, the stored end positions are retained. Additionally, the Rohrmotor Plus features a blocking and overload protection that shuts off the motor as soon as a blockage or obstacle is detected. The Rohrmotor Plus can be controlled either with a roller shutter switch or a timer from Schellenberg. It is also possible to retrofit a radio control system at a later date. This not only allows for control via a radio remote control or radio timer but also enables operation through an app in a Smart Home system from Smart Friends or Schellenberg. The app can be installed on a smartphone or tablet and can even be used remotely. The Smart Home app allows for countless control options and the creation of automated processes in combination with other smart devices.
