It is used for retrofitting radio control for mechanical roller shutter or venetian blind motors and replaces an existing roller shutter or venetian blind switch. This expands your control options. The radio roller shutter switch allows for convenient radio control of mechanical roller shutter or venetian blind motors. It enhances your control capabilities with large buttons that enable easy operation directly on the device. Additionally, there is the option to use a Schellenberg radio remote control for remote operation. For this purpose, separately available Schellenberg radio hand transmitters or radio timers are suitable. Another advantage is that not only roller shutters can be operated, but also venetian blind slats can be adjusted precisely. The radio roller shutter switch is installed in an existing switch box and secured with two included screws and additionally pre-mounted snap-in clips in the box. Safe cable clamps facilitate the connection of rigid wires. It has a cutout of 50 x 50 mm and can thus be installed in a change frame or a change frame adapter according to DIN 49075. The radio roller shutter switch is suitable for all Schellenberg STANDARD and PLUS roller shutter motors as well as for most tubular and venetian blind motors with mechanical end stop adjustment from other manufacturers. Please note that the radio roller shutter switch is only suitable for dry indoor use according to protection class IP20. Optionally, the radio roller shutter switch can be integrated into a Smart Home system from Smart Friends or Schellenberg and automated in combination with countless other smart devices. This provides the option, for example, to operate the switch via a smartphone or tablet.
