The De Cayenne Chili is a traditional hot variety that produces slender fruits measuring 10–12 cm in length. These ripen from dark green to bright red and are excellent for drying, pickling, or making chili powder and hot sauces. Thanks to its high resilience, it can also be successfully grown outdoors in mild regions.
