Areas of application:

Suitable for water, heating, oil-free compressed air (up to a maximum of 10 bar), sanitary and cooling lines, such as in drinking water installation, radiator connections, underfloor heating, underfloor cooling, and ceiling cooling.

For use with many Euro cone screw connectors, compression fittings, or fittings, our THPRESS press fittings, and our STECKFIT push fittings.

Technical data:

The SANPRO pipe system has been tested by DVGW for a long-term load capacity of 50 years at 10 bar and 70°C and is DVGW approved in conjunction with the SANPRO press fitting system "THPRESS" and the SANPRO push fitting system "STECKFIT".

The pipe is very easy to bend while remaining shape-stable and diffusion-tight due to the intermediate aluminum layer.

The pipes have the following approvals or meet these standards/properties: DVGW W542, SKZ-monitored, KIWA, ÜA, EN ISO 21003, DIN 16836, GOST, and Hygiene Certificate.

Low thermal expansion and, due to the butt-welded aluminum layer, 100% oxygen and water vapor tight.

High temperature resistance (max. 95°C operating temperature - max. 110°C/1h short-term temperature) for example, thermal disinfection.

Corrosion-free and resistant to many chemicals, allowing for a wide range of applications.

The aluminum composite pipe is corrosion-resistant and low-noise, and its extremely smooth inner pipe prevents deposits from forming inside the pipe.

Our pipe is UV-resistant for at least 6 months when stored unprotected.
