Details of the pressing machine:

• For system-dependent crimping of fittings ß 12 to 110 mm.

• 270° rotatable standard pressing jaw holder, compatible with many other manufacturers.

• Suitable for series crimping of fitting connections on site.

• After pressing and holding the start switch, force-guided crimping takes place

(force-controlled forced operation, analogue to the specifications of leading system manufacturers).

• Two-switch system (start / manual return) for fatigue-free working.

• Ergonomic thanks to rubberised handle and balanced weight distribution.

• Very wide working radius thanks to 5 m power cable length.

• Supplied with sturdy, original Rothenberger plastic case.

Details on the crimping jaws / crimping pliers:

• Can be used in all standard pressing machines / radial presses with a constant axial thrust of 32 - 34 kN and compatible pressing jaw holder.

• Manufactured from high-strength, forged heat-treated steel.

• The pressing contours of the SANPRO pressing jaws are system-specific and correspond to the pressing contours of the respective pressfitting systems.

• This ensures perfectly system-compliant, safe pressing.

• Surface blue galvanised and / or black phosphated.

• Very long service life thanks to additional hardening of the pressing profile and roller infeed bevel.
