Rothenberger ROMAX AC ECO Press Set / Pressing machine

This set includes three pieces of SANPRO pressing jaws with contour M, suitable for composite pipes such as Uponor Unipipe and Wavin, in sizes M 15, M 22, and M 28.

Details of the pressing machine:

• Constant thrust thanks to Constant Force Technology.
• 230V electro-hydraulic pressing machine with 32-34 kN piston force for mains operation.
• Designed for system-dependent crimping of fittings from 12 to 110 mm.
• 270° rotatable standard pressing jaw holder, compatible with many other manufacturers.
• Suitable for series crimping of fitting connections on site.
• After pressing and holding the start switch, force-guided crimping occurs, following the specifications of leading system manufacturers.
• Two-switch system (start/manual return) for fatigue-free working.
• Ergonomic design with a rubberized handle and balanced weight distribution.
• Very wide working radius thanks to a 5 m power cable length.
• Supplied with a sturdy, original Rothenberger plastic case.

Details on the crimping jaws:

• Compatible with all standard pressing machines and radial presses with a constant axial thrust of 32-34 kN and a compatible pressing jaw holder.
• Manufactured from high-strength, forged heat-treated steel.
• The pressing contours of the SANPRO pressing jaws are system-specific and match the pressing contours of the respective pressfitting systems.
• Ensures perfectly system-compliant and safe pressing.
• Surface is blue galvanized and/or black phosphated.
• Very long service life due to additional hardening of the pressing profile and roller infeed bevel.
