Sowing: March to April and August to September in rows 15 to 25 cm apart, covering with 2 to 3 cm of soil. Care: Use organic fertilizers moderately. Fertilize winter spinach lightly in spring and chop it well; use plastic cover for early harvesting. Tip: An ideal companion for many companion plantings and a good green manure plant. Note: Suitable for freezing.
