Versatile use! Tender grains yield fine salads. Mature, hard grains produce delicious soups. Height: 70-80 cm.

Sow directly outdoors from March to April; first sow, then water, and cover with 2-3 cm of soil. Row spacing: 50 cm, grain spacing: 15-20 cm.

Hill up after 2-3 weeks. Incorporate some vegetable fertilizer before sowing.
