The pot pepper plant grows compactly and reaches a height of about 40 cm. The red, blocky, medium-sized fruits are sweet and aromatic.
Sowing takes place from March to April in seed trays and requires warm soil and air temperatures. From mid-May, the plant should be placed in a sunny location in nutrient-rich soil with a pot size of 16 cm. The air temperature should not fall below 16 °C, as this would prevent fruit set. Cultivation in open fields is only possible in protected, sunny locations. Harvesting green fruits encourages further fruit set.
Once the cotyledons have unfolded, each plant should be placed in an 8-cm pot.
