Samen Mauser Parsnip, half-long

A true organic vegetable! Naturally healthy and robust, it is rarely affected by pests and is largely winter hardy.

From March to mid-May, sow in rows with a spacing of 30 cm.

Keep the soil loose and weed-free, incorporating some vegetable fertilizer or using well-rotted compost.

It can be eaten raw, grated as a fine salad, or cooked in vegetable soup and pot au feu. Plant in rows with a spacing of 10-15 cm.
