Samen Mauser Parsley root doughnut

With parsley root, the leaves can be used like regular parsley, and the roots can be used in pot au feu or for seasoning sauces, soups, and warm dishes. The roots retain their aroma better than leaf parsley after cooking. It is a biennial plant. Sow directly in the field in rows spaced 30 cm apart, covering with 1-2 cm of soil and keeping well moist. Thin out to a spacing of 5-8 cm. For winter use, dig up in October and store in moist sand or plastic bags in a cool, frost-free place.
