Pak Choi brings an Eastern flair to your kitchen along with many valuable vitamins. It has a flavor similar to Chinese cabbage, but is juicier and spicier.

Sow directly into the lightly fertilized bed from July to mid-August. Thin out or transplant the seedlings, spacing them 25 x 30 cm apart.

Ideal as a follow-up crop, as it grows very quickly.
