Product details

Arugula has a sharp taste, a high content of vitamins and minerals, and is rich in essential oils.

Place a maximum of 2 tablespoons of seeds in a germination container or a glass. Rinse them 1-2 times a day with water, empty the water again, and cover the glass. Keep it in a bright but shaded spot at room temperature. It germinates better when mixed with alfalfa.

After 6-8 days, it can be used along with spices to season salads, meat, pasta, sandwiches, and more.
