The rocket has a pungent taste, a high content of vitamins and minerals, and is rich in essential oils.
Put a maximum of 2 tablespoons of seeds in a germinator or glass. Rinse with water 1-2 times a day, empty the water again, and close the glass. Place it in a light but shady place at room temperature. It germinates better when mixed with alfalfa.
