The taste is reminiscent of peas. Add a maximum of 2 tablespoons of seeds to a sprouter or a jar. Rinse with water 1-2 times daily, empty the water, and close the jar. Place it in a dark location at room temperature. Remove any hard, un-germinated seeds. After 2-6 days, enjoy the fresh roots as a salad or blanch in boiling water for about 4 minutes, then cook on low heat until done.
