Sow in a cold frame from March or in the open ground from April to September. Plant in wide cubes or in rows and lightly cover the seeds. Keep the soil moist. Indoor sowing is possible year-round using a germination device, shallow trays, fleece, or cotton. The seeds should be kept moist but never submerged in water. After 2-7 days, they can be used as salad or on sandwiches.
