Product details
One of the oldest vegetable plants, it is often used in Greek, Turkish, or oriental cuisine, especially with lamb and other meat dishes.
From mid-March to mid-April, cover the seeds with approximately 2 cm of wet sand in the house and keep them moist until germination. From mid-May, place them in a greenhouse or in a very sunny and warm spot in the open country, with a distance of 50 x 50 cm between plants.
Ensure proper watering, fertilizing, and keep the area free of weeds. Harvest the young, delicate fruits when they are approximately 10 cm long, continuously. After about 4 weeks, prick the plants one by one into pots.
