Product details
One of the oldest vegetable plants, often used in Greek, Turkish, or Middle Eastern cuisine, particularly with lamb and other meat dishes.
From mid-March to mid-April, cover the seeds with about 2 cm of moist sand indoors and keep them moist until germination. From mid-May, transplant the plants into a greenhouse or to a very sunny and warm spot outdoors, with a spacing of 50 x 50 cm between the plants.
Ensure proper watering, fertilization, and keep the area weed-free. Continuously harvest the young, tender fruits when they are about 10 cm long. After about 4 weeks, prick the plants into individual pots.
