Lettuce de Morges is a specialty of French-speaking Switzerland, ideal for fine salads and vegetables.

Sow from March to mid-April in bowls indoors, placing them in a bright location by a window or in a hotbed; from mid-April, you can plant them outdoors. Avoid planting too deep and bending the plants, as this can prevent head formation. Maintain a distance of 30 x 30 cm between plants. Before planting and after growth, incorporate some vegetable fertilizer into the soil. For continuous harvesting, sow a small amount every 2-3 weeks.
