Product details

Fast-growing and very rich in various vitamins such as calcium, iron, and iodine. Suitable for continuous cultivation indoors and in the garden.

Indoors all year round, outdoors from March to September, lightly cover the seeds.

Keep warm until germination, above 15 °C, so that the seed coats fall off. Cress contains vitamin C and has a blood-purifying effect.
