It is probably the vegetable that produces the greatest weight in the shortest amount of time. It can be used raw or cooked, like cabbage.

Sow directly into the bed from July to mid-August and cover with 2-3 cm of soil.

Before sowing or planting, mix in some vegetable fertilizer. Seeds sown before the beginning of July will bolt without forming heads.

Planting distance or thinning should be 35 x 30 cm.
