Fast growing and hardy, suitable for spring and autumn harvest as well as wintering.

Sow in March-April and August-September in rows spaced 15-25 cm apart, covering with 2-3 cm of soil. For March-April sowing, harvest will be ready by the end of April to May. For late July-August sowing, expect a harvest from September to November. If sown in late August-September, the harvest will occur the following year from March to May.

Use organic fertilizer moderately, fertilizing winter spinach in spring and chopping it well. A foil cover can be used for early harvest.
