Samen Mauser Bintje

One of the best known table potatoes with light yellow flesh, suitable for all potato dishes. Bintje is medium early and keeps well in storage. Unfortunately, it is somewhat susceptible to disease. It has a floury cooking texture. This potato is particularly suitable for potato gratin, French fries, mashed potatoes, rösti, baked potatoes, and potato soup.
