Product details

Beefsteak-shaped tomato that can weigh up to 500 g. The tomato is heavily ribbed, very meaty, relatively low in juice, and has a short shelf life. It is excellent for an authentic Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella and basil.

Sowing takes place from mid-March to mid-April in seed trays. From mid-May, it can be planted in sunny locations in nutrient-rich soil with a spacing of 80 x 50 cm. After establishment, some vegetable fertilizer should be incorporated, the main stem should be trained, and all side shoots should be removed.

Sowing occurs as soon as the cotyledons have unfolded.
