Product details

Basil with very fine leaves, indispensable in Italian cuisine. Ideal for flavouring meat, tomatoes, sauces and more.

It is an annual plant. Sow indoors or in a hotbed from April to June; seeds can also be sown directly outdoors from the end of May. The plant should be planted at its destination from mid-May.

Basil has a medium to high nutrient requirement and is ideal for pot cultivation on the windowsill or balcony. This plant needs a lot of warmth. Early seeds should be pricked out.
