Samen Mauser Balcony Salads

Misticanza is a traditional Italian salad mix. Eazyleaf breaks apart into many equally sized salad leaves with just one cut. Wild arugula has serrated, deeply lobed, aromatic leaves with a nutty flavor. Salad arugula grows quickly and easily. The taste is nutty and spicy. Contents: 250 seeds per variety (individually packaged in germination protection bags).

Sowing: Misticanza / Eazyleaf: Sow a little every 2-3 weeks from March to August for continuous harvesting; sow in the seedbed or tunnel in March, later transplant to the open field in rows 25 cm apart. Wild arugula: Sow directly in the bed from mid-April to July in rows 30 cm apart. Salad arugula: Sow directly in the bed from April to August in rows 20 cm apart.

Transplanting: Wild arugula: Later thin out to 5-10 cm apart. Care: Misticanza / Eazyleaf: Add some compost or complete fertilizer before sowing. Perennial arugula: Loosen the soil, keep it weed-free, and water.

Tip: Misticanza: Cut multiple times when the plants reach 15-20 cm in height, ensuring to preserve the heart for new growth. Thinning: Eazyleaf: Thin out overcrowded plants to 3-5 cm apart in the row.

Harvest: Misticanza / Eazyleaf: April-October, Wild arugula / Salad arugula: May-November.
