In early spring or autumn, sow in boxes or trays and keep warm (18-22°C) for 2-4 weeks, ensuring the soil remains well moist. Then, expose to cold temperatures (-4 to +4°C) for 4-6 weeks. After the cold period, do not immediately expose to higher temperatures; instead, maintain a temperature between 5 and 12°C. Prick out strong seedlings and plant them later in their final location.
