UltimateCut Kegel and Countersink (DIN 335) Form C 90° HSS RUnaTEC

The completely newly developed cutting geometry of the UltimateCut by RUKO significantly reduces the axial and radial forces acting on the tool during the countersinking process. The specially designed, variably tapered back taper ensures a very smooth countersinking operation, resulting in an exact, round, and chatter-free surface of the countersink, thus guaranteeing the best results. Specifically developed chip space parameters, such as chip angle, transition radius, and the extra-wide chip groove, ensure optimal chip and heat removal, allowing for very high wear resistance. Additionally, the new geometry counteracts material welding and significantly reduces the countersinking forces. During the countersinking process, much less feed force is now required. Materials can be processed at both very high and low cutting speeds without compromising quality during countersinking.
