Ruko Core drill HSS-TiAlN with Weldon shank (3/4"), 55.0 mm

Core drill made of high-performance high-speed steel with a titanium-aluminum-nitride coating. The TiAlN wear-resistant coating increases the surface hardness of the tool to approximately 3000 HV/microhardness and the hot hardness resistance up to 900 °C. It is characterized by high toughness as well as high thermal and chemical stability, contributing to longer tool life and cutting performance. Due to the TiAlN coating, it is suitable for dry machining. Particularly suitable for machining unalloyed and alloyed steels (up to 1200 N/mm²), high-chromium alloyed steels such as V2A and V4A, as well as cast steel and tough brass. Usable in all pillar and magnetic stand drilling machines with Morse taper in conjunction with RUKO holders.
